2. Hosting and services

The public application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (privacy@vercel.com). Other configured services may rely on separate hosting, authentication, storage, AI, email, payment, RPC or infrastructure providers. Their identity and role depend on the enabled service and must be specified in the applicable contract or privacy documentation.

3. Intellectual property

The Biosphere Rocks name, content, software, visual identity and documentation are protected by applicable rights. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. No license is granted except as necessary to access and use the enabled service under its terms.

4. Publication and project content

Project owners must authorize publication, provide accurate information, hold the necessary image/content rights and identify beneficiaries where relevant. Translations may be produced for accessibility but do not transfer ownership. Reported impact is not automatically independently verified. Correction or removal requests may be sent to bios@biosphere.rocks; private identity documents must not be published.

5. Availability and external links

Information may change and does not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of service availability. External links are provided for convenience; Biosphere Rocks does not control their content or privacy practices. Planned, pilot or configured capabilities are not generally available merely because they are described.
